Open to everyone who is interested in mindfulness meditation; it is a secular training.
MBSR teaches you practical methods to transform your relationship to life's stress with meditation, movement, contemplation and discussion.
This course consists of eight Saturday morning classes and one full Saturday of retreat. It is important to attend all classes in order to reap the most benefit from the course.
The classes, when combined with practice and contemplation at home during the week, provide a most excellent opportunity to develop a personal practice of meditation and mindfulness in daily life.
About the instructor
Ani Kerry is a Buddhist nun and long-time student of Mingyur Rinpoche, with 28 years of study and retreat experience in Tibetan Buddhism. Her teaching brings traditional training into a modern, accessible format.
