In today’s fast-paced world, stress can affect sleep, digestion, energy levels, and emotional balance. Conscious breathing is one of the most effective and accessible tools to regulate the nervous system and create calm and clarity in both body and mind.
In this immersive 4-hour workshop, you will be introduced to traditional pranayama techniques as well as modern functional breathing practices that support nervous system regulation and resilience to stress.
The workshop concludes with a guided meditation to help you integrate the experience and deepen your sense of self-connection.

About the instructor
Manica is originally from India and has a background in yoga and holistic wellness. She holds a Master’s degree in Yoga and teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga. Alongside teaching, she works as a wellness consultant and coach, helping people create balanced and sustainable wellbeing practices.
We have all equitment for you to borrow. If it cold outside, bring a sweater and warm socks.
