About the event

Nazomerse Wildpluk & Lunch

De nazomer geeft een overdaad aan eetbare bloemen, wortels en zaden.

Tijdens een workshop krijg je een rondleiding in de Wildernij met alle info om hiermee aan de slag te gaan in de keuken.

Nadien maken we een uitgebreide lunch met alle pluksels en kan je genieten van een hele reeks gerechten en drankjes. Ieder seizoen worden er nieuwe bereidingen gemaakt.
