Robert Besta & Band – Album-Release Redemption
Die Musik von M I C O R ist wie ein Film, der nie gedreht wurde – atmosphärisch, poetisch, tiefgründig. Schauspieler und Musiker Robert Besta (u. a. Back in Action / Netflix, Die Fallers) erschafft mit seiner Band ein Klanguniversum zwischen Nick Cave, Indie, Jazz und dunklem Folk – cineastisch, intensiv, berührend.
Heute feiert M I C O R im KOHI die Live-Premiere des Debütalbums „Redemption“ – ein Werk von erzählerischer Kraft und musikalischer Tiefe, aufgenommen mit Daniel Benyamin (SEA + AIR) und Craig Gray (Lazy Giants) im Kangaroo Tonstudio. Die gleichnamige Single wurde bereits international prämiert, u. a. beim Montreal Independent Film Festival.
Begleitet von einem hochkarätigen Ensemble – Stefan Breuer (Drums), Marcus Franzke (Keyboards, Posaune), Johannes Frisch (Bass), Moritz Schläfer (Gitarre) – wird der Abend zu einer dichten, fast hypnotischen Erfahrung.
