How Do You Feel? A Coaching Workshop for Vietnamese-Speaking Carers

Carer Gateway is pleased to invite you to join our coaching workshop: How Do You Feel? This session will be delivered in Vietnamese.

This workshop will be led by one of our experienced Carer Coaches, who will guide you through a reflection of your caring role and how it impacts your emotions, as well as help you to recognise your personal responses to these emotions. You will also have the opportunity to meet and connect with other carers who understand the joys and challenges of being a carer.

Morning tea and light refreshments will be provided. Please include details of any food allergies or other special dietary requirements with your RSVP.

Please note: This event is open to residents living in South-Western Sydney and Nepean Blue Mountains regions in NSW, Australia only. Participants must also be registered with Carer Gateway (we can assist with new registrations for eligible participants).
