Leonard School Of Karate and Shindo

Traditional Karate and the art of Shindo.
Under the tutelage of Kiyoshi Gilles Michaud
7 th Dan black belt in karate and 5 th Dan black belt in Shindo .
I am a 3 Rd generation in the Shintani karate-do.
The legacy lives on as our club has been going strong for the last 58 years in Kapuskasing.
