This experience is more than an event, it’s a chance to step inside an honest, high-impact night where the culture of work is reimagined through mental wellbeing, vulnerability, story, and data-backed insight.

Hosted by Heliona Insight Podcast, the platform dedicated to socializing mental health in the workplace. This immersive evening brings together people-first leaders, mental health advocates, HR & Benefits leaders, researchers, and executives to make one thing clear:
