This collection was born out of necessity—a mental health sabbatical sparked by a bipolar episode that forced everything to slow down and strip back.

The work holds the full spectrum: the peaks, the valleys, and the moments in between. It’s deeply personal, yet made with the hope that someone else will see themselves in it and feel less alone.
