Qigong for mobility

Qigong for movement is a gentle meditation for all skill levels.
Qigong is simply working with your body’s own energy to help move and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

While we do stand for most of the meditation, the class can be done completely sitting down, and is still beneficial, even if you can only do limited movements.
Chairs are available if you need to sit at any time.
