Mindfulness & Poetry: A Contemplative Reflection on Life on Mars

Inspired by Tracy K. Smith’s Pulitzer Prize-winning collection Life on Mars, participants will be guided through a contemplative session by Amy Zoe Schonhoff, founder of Mindfulness in the Heartland, that will incorporate Smith's poetry, mindfulness practices, and reflective journaling.
