Men’s Healing Circle — Guided by Elk, Wolf, Bear & Owl

In every generation, there are men who choose to break cycles, to listen to their bodies, and to reclaim the parts of themselves they were taught to silence. This circle is for them.

This is a sacred space for men to breathe, to release, and to remember who they are beneath the expectations, the pressure, and the armor.
A space to honor your Ancestors, your emotions, your intuition, and your becoming.

When I sat in meditation preparing for this circle, four guides came through clearly — Elk, Wolf, Bear, and Owl.
All deeply masculine.
All here with purpose.

These are the medicines holding this container:

Elk teaches us how to stand tall without aggression.
He carries the medicine of endurance, leadership, and grounded presence.

Wolf brings insight, clarity, and the courage to trust yourself.
He teaches the balance of community, leadership, and healthy solitude.

Bear invites us into introspection, rest, and reclamation.
He restores inner power through stillness and courage.

Owl reveals what is hidden and sharpens intuition.
He helps us navigate darkness with clarity and awareness.
