Holladay for the Holidays

Join us for a festive evening that brings together the craftsmanship of Holladay Distillery and the culinary creativity of Nine Zero One! This holiday edition of our Sip and Savor series is designed as a warm, immersive tasting journey where every pour and every plate is thoughtfully paired. Expect a relaxed atmosphere, storytelling from the team, and a chance to explore rare selections and seasonal flavors that you will not find on a typical night.

Your evening begins with an amuse bouche created by our chef as a playful first taste and a preview of what is ahead.

First Course
A vibrant burrata board with hot honey, grilled peaches, prosciutto, and charred bread sets the tone with sweet, salty, and smoky notes. It is paired with a signature Old Fashioned featuring Holladay soft red wheat bourbon, peach bitters, and smoked honey syrup for a warm, fragrant start.

Second Course
Crispy calamari fritti arrives next, coated in panko and served with smoked paprika aioli and pickled peppers. The pairing is a custom creation named Distillers Choice, a collaborative cocktail developed by our bartenders and the Holladay team specifically for this event.

Third Course
A hearty panzanella follows, built with grilled asiago bread, charred tomatoes, roasted pepper, pickled shallots, basil, smoked provolone, and a BBQ balsamic vinaigrette. This course is paired with Holladay Bottled in Bond, served neat to highlight its depth and character alongside the rich, smoky flavors on the plate.

Fourth Course
The main course features tender smoked veal shanks in a rosemary bourbon BBQ sauce, served over a silky three cheese potato puree. A straight pour of our Nine Zero One barrel pick accompanies the dish and offers a bold contrast that elevates the savory profile of the veal.

Fifth Course
Dessert brings a grilled peach cannoli filled with mascarpone and chocolate chip, finished with smoked espresso syrup. The final pairing is a smoked espresso martini crafted with 360 vanilla vodka, Five Farms Irish Cream, and smoked espresso syrup for a decadent close to the night.
