December Tasting Menu: Iron Chef America- Battle Plum

December's Tasting Menu at Ground Control is a throwback to when Chef Celina Tio was on Iron Chef America! She'll be cooking the five dishes she created on Iron Chef America: Battle Plum in 2013, and you'll watch the episode while tasting through each course! While Michael Symon won't be in attendance, you'll finally get to taste and judge the courses that Chef Tio cooked on the show.

Menu:

Chicken liver pâté with pickled plums and warm, toasted brioche

Pork and prune sausage with caraway kraut, plum mustard

Sous vide and smoked duck breast, plum sauce, scallion pancake

Beef ribeye “tagliata” with plum agrodolce mushrooms, micro arugula, laudemo extra virgin olive oil

Povitica with vanilla bean crème fraîche, plum compote
