Article Discussion Series 1 of 3: ASL/English Interpreters and Anxiety

This session offers a chance to engage in a thoughtful discussion centered on a selected article exploring the connection between ASL/English interpreting and anxiety. Participants will read the article in advance, then join together for a guided, open conversation facilitated by Lisa Wirken. Together, we’ll reflect on key themes, share personal and professional insights, and consider practical strategies for navigating anxiety within the interpreting field. This workshop is designed to encourage dialogue, foster community, and provide space for interpreters to learn from one another’s experiences.
