An Afternoon with the Black Mambas

Join us for an engaging lunch n’ learn in the Beastro Lobby Auditorium with Collet Ngobeni and Nkateko Mzimba of the Black Mambas on Tuesday, October 7, from 12:30-1:30 pm. They will discuss their work with the first all-female anti-poaching unit, which conducts snare sweeps, roadblocks and round-the-clock patrols, to help reduce poaching within the Balule Nature Reserve in the Greater Kruger National Park, South Africa.

The lecture is included in the price of Zoo admission or membership, and no reservations are needed. Bring your own lunch or purchase one at the Zoo, then join us for the talk!
