Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Ticket Purchases are Non-Refundable

All tickets once sold are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases where the event is canceled or rescheduled by the organizer.

2. Event Cancellation / Postponement

If the event is canceled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

If the event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If a ticket holder cannot attend the rescheduled date, a refund request can be raised within 7 days of the announcement.

3. No Show Policy

No refunds or credits will be issued for attendees who do not show up on the day of the event.

4. Transfer of Tickets

Tickets may be transferable to another person upon request, subject to approval by the organizer.

5. Third-Party Platforms

For tickets purchased through third-party platforms (e.g., BookMyShow, Paytm, Insider, etc.), their refund rules and timelines will also apply.

6. Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural calamities, government restrictions, pandemic guidelines, etc.), the organizer reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the event. Refunds will be processed at the discretion of the organizer in such cases.
