Somatic Sunday Slowdown

Join me at The Om Well Collective (150 N Schuyler Ave # 209, Kankakee, IL 60901) on Sunday, Sept 7th from 10-11:15am for this super grounding, nervous system and emotional regulating session designed to support you in learning how to use yoga to bring you into balance.

All levels are welcome and no experience is necessary!
