With Ashley & kids commuting to Kanab every day for school from Big Water, Rankin Realty is expanding our presence in Kanab and Fredonia. In addition to Heather (Principal Broker) (Mom) and Ashley (Utah and Arizona Realtor) (Daughter)...
We've also been joined by Utah agent Angie Woodberry, and Arizona agent Sara Ann Mortensen.
Throughout January, we rented and set up a beautiful office space at the front of the Swagman Office Suites (across from Little's and Garkane). We are ready to share it with our Community. Please join us for the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting of Rankin Realty Southwest's "Kaibab Office" - serving Kanab and Fredonia.
Lots of planning still in the works - but so far... we know there will be food, music, and some prize giveaways.

This event will also serve as an opportunity for the Public to learn about the additional offices Jim McCowan is offering For Rent in the Swagman Office Suites.
Please note that Rankin Realty Southwest -is not- acting as property manager for the Offices... just trying to get word of mouth out about this great business location!
