🌑 This sound bath will coincide with the January New Moon. We will open our heart and mind and allow for a fresh start during the first month of the New Year. This journey allows you to leave behind all thats unnecessary and old. We will start with relaxing aromatherapy, followed by a guided meditation. Let the body relax even further with my perfect pitch set of 8 crystal quartz sound bowls and stunning theta binaurals.
Please bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows and whatever you might need to cozy up and cocoon for an hour. You also might feel inclined to bring a journal, water and/or healing crystals.
