As the seasons shift and autumn invites us to release what no longer serves, we are called to soften into surrender. Through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sound instruments, this journey offers a space to align with the natural rhythm of change. Together, we’ll rest in stillness, set intentions, and open our hearts to the beauty of letting go.
