Interstellar — Thursday Film Series

For the final film of the Thursday Film Series: Masters in Science Fiction series, we are going beyond the horizon with Christopher Nolan’s, Interstellar.

Known for its staggering scientific accuracy and its massive, heart-pounding score, Interstellar is a cinematic experience designed for the big screen 🌌

☝🤓 Fun Facts:
- Composer Hans Zimmer wrote the iconic organ-heavy score after Nolan only told him it was a story about a father leaving his child 🎹

- Instead of using green screens, Nolan had massive projectors play pre-rendered footage of space outside the windows of the spacecraft sets 🚀
