This workshop is designed to help answer the hard questions we face when it comes to the interface between agriculture, water use, land use, and how to improve the natural resources we all rely on for generational success.
This class is geared towards the intersection of livestock producers looking for improved profitability/productivity, state/federal land managers and technicians, environmental advocates, and concerned citizens about soil health and food quality. We all need each other to assist in the regeneration of our landscapes.
Learning Outcomes:
This is the introductory course into Holistic Management. We highly recommend also enrolling in our Comprehensive 3 Day In-person course scheduled for September 17th-19th to implement the Holistic Planned Grazing Procedure, Ecological Monitoring Procedure, and Holistic Financial Planning Procedure.
This course has been made possible in part by Working Lands. Working Lands Conservation (WLC) bridges the gap between science and land stewardship to enhance the sustainability of working lands. Through collaboration, research, and outreach, we empower land managers and rural communities with science-based solutions that benefit both people and ecosystems. Our approach is rooted in relationships, ensuring durable, lasting impacts on the land.
