Event Description:
Learn about what energy healing is, what a session entails & different techniques for self-care, including clearing & protection practices you can easily do at home.
What To Expect:
Ann will explain her unique style of energy healing, which you will also experience as a “Group Energy Healing Session”.
This workshop is for anyone already on their journey to remembering who they are as Spiritual Beings,
ready & willing to release & heal,
with an open heart.
What To Bring:
Pleases bring a water bottle, as you will no doubt need to hydrate after your healing session.
Everything else will be supplied including paper, pens, yoga mats, pillows & blankets (chairs for anyone who needs to sit).
