ZUMBA FOR BEGINNERS — DANCE, SWEAT, SMILE!
Turn up the music and let the fun begin! Zumba is a high-energy cardio dance workout that lifts your spirits while building strength, endurance, and confidence. Instructor Hannah Anderson has created a beginner-friendly class that is designed for those brand-new to Zumba or anyone who wants to move at their own pace in a supportive, upbeat environment. All fitness levels are welcome, come dance your way to better health and a brighter mood!

Time: 5:45pm–6:45pm
Location: Community room at 15 Depot Park
