So often, we go into a new season with good intentions but no clear vision. We keep moving through the motions—work, family, responsibilities—without pausing to ask:
What do I actually want for myself right now?
That’s where One Thought, One Canvas comes in.
This unique collaboration between Christine Seager Coaching and Jenna Justice Studio Works will help you get clear on a meaningful result, goal, or shift you’d love to create for yourself this fall—then bring it to life on canvas.

Part One: Clarity & Coaching
Christine will guide you through a powerful framework to help you see how your thoughts create your results. Together, you’ll identify:
• A result or goal you’d love to create this fall
• The actions that will take you there
• The one thought you want to hold onto to make it happen
You’ll leave with crystal-clear focus and a thought that anchors you.

Part Two: Creativity & Expression
Jenna will then walk you through a step-by-step process to transform your chosen thought into art. You’ll create a visual reminder—your own canvas—that represents your fall intention.
No art experience needed. Just curiosity, openness, and a willingness to get creative.
