Zoom into Science: Unveil the Mysteries of the Microscopic World!
Calling all young scientists aged 12-16!
Join us for an exciting and hands-on experience at Curtin Kalgoorlie this Friday, where we’ll dive deep into the microscopic world using a research-grade Scanning Electron Microscope provided by Inspire STEM Education. Get ready to explore the world like never before – magnified up to an incredible 50,000x!

📍 Location: Curtin Kalgoorlie, Room 701.111 (Enter through the Curtin Kalgoorlie Main Entrance, 117 Egan St)
Bring your own small items to view under the microscope!
Items must be:
• Smaller than 3.5cm x 3.5cm x 2cm (if it in a matchbox or on a 20c coin it fits in the Microscope!)
• Dry and clean (no wet or dusty materials!)
• Not magnetic (sticking to a magnet is fine, being one isn't!)
• Safe (nothing explosive, please!)
