A full-body burn with a seductive twist.
This 60-minute class kicks off with 30 minutes of a fun, sexy, full-body workout using sliders, resistance bands, and a chair. It’s low-impact, high-energy, and designed to tone, strengthen, and fire you up—while keeping things playful.

Then, we turn down the lights and turn up the confidence with a 30-minute sultry chair dance. Each 4 week session features brand-new choreography to help you connect with your body, move with intention, and feel powerful in your own skin.
