Kombucha Making

Join Librarian Dan to learn the basics of making kombucha, a fizzy probiotic beverage fermented with a SCOBY (Symbiotic Colony of Bacteria and Yeast). You'll leave the session knowing the step-by-step process, the equipment needed, some flavoring ideas, and your very own SCOBY to get your started! Registration opens October 2nd.
