Align Your Design

The session will open with a mindful juice tasting from Juicy Leaf & a few minutes of breathwork as a way to slow down, arrive, settle into the room, & start paying attention to your body & senses before starting to learn!

The Foundations course will cover:
-Type & Strategy
-Profile
-Inner Authority

The Living Your Design course will simply dive deeper:
-Tribe
-Life Cycles
-Your Role in the Bigger Picture
-Understand where you fit & why certain seasons of your life feel the way they do

Bring your journal, pen, & anything comfy to sit on, some bolsters & blankets provided.

The workshop is divided into two parts: Foundations & Living Your Life; come to one, come to both, or if you already know a little about your Human Design come to just the second part. The goal for both workshops is for you to leave feeling more orientated & trusting of yourself (which is needed in these crazy times).
