Welcome to the Tataki-Zome workshop July 26th at Island Bungalow Kailua! Join us on July 26, 2025 at 1:00 PM for a fun and creative experience. Learn the traditional Japanese art of Tataki-Zome, a unique technique of pounding and dyeing fabric. Unleash your creativity and make beautiful patterns using flowers and leaves and your imagination. No prior experience needed, just come with an open mind and eagerness to learn. Get ready to immerse yourself in colors and patterns in a relaxed and inspiring setting. Participants are asked to bring a hammer, all other materials are provided for you to leave having printed a cotton bandana. We will set up and clean up. Light refreshments will be available.
