Workshop description:

Foraging part 1
Wholesome introduction to foraging
Duration: 3 hours
This is a very wholesome
introductory workshop that will give an in depth understandings of plants and why foraging can help to live a healthier life and help our planet to thrive when one adds it to a lifestyle.
We will talk about where plants come from and what their life purpose is. We will learn some tools to help us with identification and understanding when we could harvest what. We will start with the asteraceae family and then explore 10-14 different plants from different families.
