Palliser Oyster & Wine Tasting - with Martin Bosley & Belen Eyzaguirre

Join us for an exclusive tasting event with fresh oyster varieties, paired with Palliser wines - presented by sustainable seafood and shellfish champion Martin Bosley, and Palliser sommelier Belen Eyzaguirre.

Enjoy a sneak peek of the new vintage Griffin Méthode Traditionelle, before it's official release to the public.

From 3.30pm - 5.30pm, you'll spend the first hour sampling your way through eight oysters, and five wine tastes, learning about each variety, treatment, and how they pair best to wine aromas and flavours. Additional tapas and drinks are available for purchase following, so you can settle while the sun sets.
