Astronomy Open House 2025

Join us for an enchanting evening exploring the cosmos through multiple captivating experiences, perfect for curious minds aged 4 and above.

Live digital planetarium show: "Fly to The Moon" (7pm onwards)
Embark on an immersive journey to explore Earth's closest neighbour through stunning digital visualisations. This live show reveals the Moon's fascinating features and humanity's incredible journey to space. Shows run every half hour from 7pm to 10pm (last show 9.30pm). Register for your preferred time slot at The Observatory entrance from 6.30pm onwards.

Mid-Autumn Edition: "I am a Young Astronomer" Trail (7pm - 10pm)
Explore our special trail available at both Science Centre Singapore and Water Lily Pavilion, Jurong Lake Gardens. You may start from either location.
If you'd like to redeem an "I am a Young Astronomer" badge upon completion, please purchase a ticket on https://for.edu.sg/ysbprogrammes at $5.

Stargazing (8pm - 10pm)
Peer through telescopes to observe stars, planets, and celestial objects in real time, guided by our experienced Science Educators. Please note that stargazing is subject to weather conditions.

Choose one activity or combine them all for the ultimate astronomical adventure. Each experience offers a unique perspective on the cosmos, making this an unforgettable evening under the stars.
