Throughout the class, you’ll enjoy tasting various types of sourdough breads and products, giving you a full sensory experience. Guided by expert hands, you will create your own dough to take home and bake, ensuring you leave with the skills and confidence to continue your sourdough journey. . Please note, students will need an additional 3-4 hours at home to complete the dough prep and baking.
