Mindful Beach Yoga Fridays IS BACK!!!

🌊 Beach Yoga is Back! 🌞
Starting Friday Oct 3rd at 8 AM and continuing every Friday all season long ✨

📍 Meet us right in front of the Civic Center, Beach Access #65, Carlin Park (Jupiter, FL)

This is our 5th season flowing together by the ocean 💙 and I can’t wait to roll out the mats with you again!

🧘‍♀️ All levels welcome – whether you’re brand new or seasoned, this practice is for everyone.
💸 Class is donation-based (cash or Venmo @Sofia-Drekou).

👉 What to bring:
• Yoga mat
• Water bottle
• Optional: a sheet or beach blanket under your mat (keeps the sand out & makes it extra cozy!)

Come breathe, stretch, and move with the waves 🌊. It’s the perfect way to start your Friday with community, sunshine, and soul.
