JES Vocabulary Parade

📚🎉 Vocabulary Parade is Coming! 🎉📚

We’re excited to celebrate learning with our upcoming Vocabulary Parade! Students will bring academic vocabulary words to life by creating a hat, costume, poster, or puppet that represents a word they’ve learned this year. Creativity is encouraged, and no money needs to be spent—just think outside the box and have fun!

🗓 Friday, January 30
⏰ Parade begins at 8:15 AM
📍 On campus

✨ Students may work on their creations at school during Art rotation and/or at home.
✨ The vocabulary word should be clearly displayed on the costume or poster.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Parents & guardians are welcome to attend and watch our K–5 students parade their words! Please note there will be no early dismissal after the parade. Students must remain on campus for the rest of the instructional day to participate.

We can’t wait to see our students’ creativity and love of learning on display! 💙📖
