Let's talk about Yoga! These discussions will start with Mary presenting a basic fundamental teaching of Yoga Philosophy. There will be time to ask questions and dive deeper into conversation.

2. Core Teachings from Gurus: Gandhi, Ram Dass, Buddha
3. Types of Philosophy: Dualism, Non-Dualism, Tantra
