Come slow down, move your body, and reconnect with nature at Groovy Goat Farm’s first-ever Groovy Grounding event! 🌱

✨ What to expect:

- A 2–3 mile ruck (walk with or without weight) 🚶‍♀️🎒

- Grounding & relaxation time in nature 🌿

- Connection with our friendly goats 🐐

- A chance to pause, breathe, and recharge

This event is family-friendly, donation-based, and open to all.
