Self Defense Class

Juneau Shotokan will be offering classes at the Yoga Path building starting on January 20th at the usual 6 to 7pm time slot. The Yoga Path is located at 5326 Shaune Drive, near Costco and the AK Brewery. Look for a green building towards the Costco end of Shaune Drive on the channel side of the road.

We will be presenting a Self Defense Class on February 21st (Saturday) from noon to 2:30pm. This class is open to ages 12 and up. Parents must attend with children ages 12-18. Please bring a partner, as we will be practicing several self defense techniques - practicing with someone you know is more comfortable for most people. If you don't have a partner, no worries, we can pair you up with someone. The class costs $30 per person. Wear comfortable, flexible workout clothes and leave your jewelry and perfume at home.
