Labor Prep Workshop January 2026

This is a 2 hour labor prep workshop that has been created and taught by local pelvic floor therapist Casey Hampton DPT.
Focus of this workshop is on breath work, pushing techniques, labor positions for the different stages of labor, postpartum recovery and pelvic floor health post birth.
