Dual Recovery Anonymous

🤝 Join us each Monday at Polaris House for a Dual Recovery Anonymous (DRA) meeting, a 12-step fellowship designed to support individuals managing both mental health challenges and substance use recovery.

Dual Recovery Anonymous (DRA) is a 12-step program where members share their experience, strength, and hope to support one another in achieving recovery from both mental health and substance use conditions.

This weekly gathering at Polaris House provides:

🟦 A safe, welcoming, and confidential environment

🟦 Peer-to-peer support in recovery

🟦 Shared 12-step principles adapted for dual recovery

🟦 Encouragement, acceptance, and understanding

📅 Meetings are held every Monday from 4:00 – 5:00 PM at Polaris House.
