Mixxed Fit is a dance-based, cardio workout program that combines dance moves with bodyweight toning exercises! 🥊 It is a fun & energetic workout that is accessible to people of all fitness levels!

Local Certified Instructor, Tanya Thurn, will be hosting classes on Friday nights at Activated Arts a few times a month! 🤗

The first class is THIS FRIDAY! 🙌🏽

➡️ $10 per person for non-Activated Arts members, $8 per person for Activated Arts members
