- Weigh Ins: Sept 18th-Sept 22nd (participants must weigh in at Midwest Supplements using the InBody Machine)
- Weigh Outs: Oct 30th-Nov 3rd
- Winners will be announced Nov 14th
- $10 Entry Fee (free shirt included with each entry)
How do you win?
- Scoring is based on a point system
- 1lb of muscle gained = 1 point
- 1% body fat lost = 1 point
- Most cumulative points wins
- You will not be docked for gaining body fat or losing muscle. Only positive points will be used for your cumulative total.
Prizes:
- 1st Place Male and Female Winner will receive $500 CASH
- 2nd Place Male and Female will receive $250 CASH
- 3rd Place Male and Female will receive $100 CASH
- Other prizes will included supplement packages for various things to be announced at a later date
