Thursday, 11 September, marks R U OK? Day, a national initiative reminding us all to check in on the people around us and start conversations that could change a life.

St Mark’s is once again partnering with Westfield Whitford City to help spread this important message. At 9.15am, our students will be at the shopping centre, chatting with shoppers and encouraging everyone to pause, reach out, and ask the simple but powerful question: “Are you OK?”

It’s a small act that can make a big difference. If you’re at Whitfords that morning, please stop by, say hello to our students, and help us keep the conversation going.
