🌿Nourishing Meditation - Friday PM

✨ Are you longing for a gentle pause in your week — to quiet the mind and soften the body?

You’re warmly invited to nourishing meditations at Xin Sanctuary — a peaceful, artful studio tucked away in leafy Connolly, beside Joondalup Golf Resort.

This in-person workshop runs twice weekly throughout June:

🕯️ Fridays | 6:45 PM – 8:00 PM

🌞 Sundays | 10:00 AM – 11:15 AM

Each session is gently guided with grounding breathwork, deep relaxation, and simple practices to bring you into the present moment. Along the way, you’ll also be invited to explore subtle topics like energy awareness, dream states, and inner healing — all at your own pace, with care and simplicity.
