We warmly invite you to join our upcoming Monthly Tara and Ngöndro Practice, led by Lama Nawang Gurmay and Lopen Drubthob Sonam.

From this month onward, Ngöndro practice will be included to support beginners in gradually integrating it into their daily routine, while also providing a platform to clarify any questions that may arise during the practice.

The Monthly Tara Practice is open to all, and we encourage everyone to take part in this collective practice of devotion and merit.
