You’re warmly invited to a weekly Guided Meditation Circle — a peaceful in-person class held at Xin Sanctuary, quietly nestled in Connolly, Western Australia, beside Joondalup Golf Resort.
For July, we return to ‘Me Time’ 🍃a reminder to make space for oneself amidst the busyness of life. These sessions are not about doing meditation “right”, but about creating a weekly rhythm where your body, breath, and inner Sanctuary are softly held and nurtured.
Sessions in July:
Fridays | 6:45 PM – 8:00 PM
Sundays | 4:15 PM – 5:30 PM
Each session offers a guided meditation and pure silence, along with a practical talk that explores the monthly theme and offers insights into what meditation truly is, which is a natural state of the Being that can be carried into everyday movements and life.
