This month the beverage list has been centred around five of Kolective Co's locally produced, small batch spirits. From Peach Gin to Rum and Raisin Liqueur, the flavours are unique, bold and refreshing 🍑

Meet the face behind the brand as Adam from Kolective Co heads down to answer any questions on the production process, flavour profiles and maybe even hand out a sneaky taster from the range 🍹

Dig into five courses from the kitchen and kick on to the sounds of our DJ playing all the way through until sunset 🌴
