Yoga in the Park - Sabra Simpson

Join us for FREE Yoga in the Park every Sunday starting in May in Jimmy Neil Smith Park from 4 to 5 p.m.🧘‍♂️

All levels are welcome, from beginners to advanced, and there is no fee and no registration required.

Bring your own yoga mat, towel, or blanket along with a friend and enjoy the many health benefits of yoga while getting some fresh air.
