Come trick or treat and meet a guy from NY that lives in a sewer!! First 24 greeters will also get a totally tubular party bag with items such as stickers, swirly straws, rubber bracelets, and more. (CAUTION Parents: The costume is made to look more realistic like the 1990 movie turtles and may scare infants and toddlers.)
